Houses On Campus	Houses for students with dependent children. Houses lease from $796 to $963 / month plus electric, gas, and water. Floor plans vary and may include 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms.

Apartment rates are per apartment. Rates shown are effective August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010.
Note 3:
Utilities typically include electric, gas and water. Residents who are responsible to pay their own electric (as noted in the chart) must contract for service through Texas Electric Choice.

If furniture rental is desired, furniture packages are available from local companies. Web search "furniture rental" for more information.


Note 5:
UTA Ethernet service (high-speed internet) is provided at no additional charge at Arbor Oaks, Meadow Run, and Timber Brook Apartments. At these locations, two Ethernet connections are provided in each bedroom and living room. Residents of all other apartment communities may contract with their own internet service provider.


Note 6:
Expanded basic cable TV service is provided at no additional charge at Arbor Oaks, Meadow Run, and Timber Brook Apartments. This service can be upgraded to include premium channels for an additional fee. Residents of all other apartment communities may contract for Cable TV services through Comcast.


Note 7:
UTA phone service is provided at no additional charge at Arbor Oaks, Meadow Run, and Timber Brook Apartments. UTA phone service provides local phone service to the Dallas - Fort Worth area. All other apartment residents may contract for phone service through a local phone service provider.


Note 8:
A full-size washer and dryer are provided at no additional charge in all Arbor Oaks, Meadow Run, and Timber Brook Apartments. All other apartment residents may use the coin-operated laundry facilities located at or near each apartment community.


Note 9:
A fitness center is located at Arbor Oaks Apartments and is provided for the use of all Arbor Oaks, Meadow Run, and Timber Brook residents. In addition, the Activities Building and Tennis Center offer fitness equipment and recreational opportunities to all UTA students.


Note 10:
Swimming pools are located as shown in the chart. UTA apartment residents may use the pool closest to their community. In addition, an indoor and Olympic-sized outdoor pool are available to all UTA students at the Activities Building.


A $ 150 security deposit and prorated rent are due with apartment or house lease.
