Recently, Austin put changes into production that significantly streamline the completion of the Recruiting Summary module of the Recruitment and Position Management (RPM) system.
Effective immediately in the RPM system, applicants who are designated with a status of Reviewed, Non-Competitive will not require a detailed reason for non-hire in the Recruiting Summary document. The status will constitute the justification.
Only those marked as Hired and Interviewed, Not Selected will require specific justification statements. All other final status designations will not require rationale and/or justification.
